One week. This is an accomplishment and it is one I knew I would complete. I'm not one to stick with diets or practice regimes or most anything without a deadline attached, but once I spoke to Lee, I knew I would meditate for 20 minutes every day at least until I meet with her again. I haven't been noticing the synchronicities or more dramatic changes I had in the first couple of days, but I have maintained my commitment. For now, this is enough.
