I'm back to meditating every day. Twenty minutes is hard to come by, but I think the consistency of a daily practice is important. The decision to go back to a daily practice is based mostly on hope. For the past couple of months I was meditating three or four times per week and although that seems to be enough to keep me at an even keel, I don't see those little bursts of clarity and insight I had when I was meditating daily. Fingers crossed for a creative torrential downpour.
