Bzzz: Day One Hundred Eighty Three

Really good start to my meditation today.  I settled down quickly, found the light at the center of my forehead and focused on pulling it down toward my heart.  All good.  All very good.  Then, I felt an insect graze my hair.  Bee or fly, I wondered.  Do I take the chance?  I did.  Back to the mantra and back inward I went.  More buzzing.  I flicked my head; I swatted.  The pest was persistent.  It landed on my hair and when I opened my eyes I saw it on my pant leg.  I can meditate with the distraction of sound, a telephone ring or a lawnmower, but not when the sound is attached to an insect.
